Information Technology Specialist – On-site in Tunis

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join our Tunis office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on maintaining a reliable network infrastructure, safeguarding IT systems, and delivering high‑quality support to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, configure and monitor network hardware and software.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software and connectivity.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to internal users.
• Set up and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

Required profile

• Strong background in network administration and information technology.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Knowledge of network security best practices.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
