About the role
We are seeking a Technical Consultant to provide end‑to‑end support for our Output Management software suite. The role involves direct interaction with clients, troubleshooting complex incidents on IBM z/OS environments, and delivering patches and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for technical support inquiries and manage client relationships.
- Deliver Level 1‑3 support for software running on IBM z/OS (MVS) at client sites.
- Diagnose, resolve, and document complex application‑level incidents.
- Develop and deploy patches for modules written in COBOL, JCL, TSO/ISPF, etc.
- Collaborate with R&D, product experts, and client operations to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Define and execute non‑regression test suites to guarantee stability.
- Provide hands‑on assistance during patch implementation.
- Author and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Support modern platforms (Windows, Linux, Kubernetes) at L1/L2 level and assist the Services team with document design projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
- 2‑5 years of experience in mainframe support or engineering.
- Fluent French and professional English communication skills.
- Strong client‑facing attitude, analytical thinking and autonomy.

- Ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho Desk)
- Collaboration platforms (e.g., MS SharePoint)
