We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team.

As a senior engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications while driving technical excellence across the team. Beyond coding, you'll help shape our architecture, establish engineering best practices, mentor developers, and contribute to strategic technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications.

• Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Vue.js and Node.js.

• Make informed architectural and technical decisions, clearly explaining trade-offs.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and promote high engineering standards.

• Improve application performance, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery best practices.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Vue.js and Node.js.

• Solid experience with MongoDB.

• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to evaluate technical alternatives and justify architectural decisions.

• Experience leading technical discussions, reviewing code, and mentoring developers.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in international and distributed teams.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

• Experience with testing and DevOps practices.
