About the role
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee experiences across the organization. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing employee relations, and contributing to recruitment and workforce planning.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and follow‑up.
- Contribute to recruitment decisions, workforce planning, and internal mobility.
- Monitor headcount, support promotion processes, and liaise with employee representatives.
- Oversee HR services such as transport, canteen, medical, and insurance, controlling related costs.
- Manage time & attendance, ensure compliance with procedures, and track HR KPIs.
- Handle administrative processes including contracts, onboarding, employee files, and official documents.
- Support legal matters and follow up on litigation cases.
- Maintain accurate HR data and perform SAP updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
