HR Employee Partner

About the role

We are seeking an HR Employee Partner to support HR operations and help build a high‑performance work environment within a dynamic automotive manufacturing plant. You will act as a trusted partner, linking management, employees and the HR team while driving key people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and supervisors on HR topics and people‑management practices.
• Coordinate and monitor local and regional HR projects.
• Support recruitment, training, performance management, employee development and organizational initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR processes, policies and best practices.
• Monitor HR KPIs and drive action plans to improve performance.
• Maintain HR procedures, reports, dashboards and documentation.
• Foster positive employee relations and communicate with employee representatives and social partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation and HR standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Support employee transportation activities, including leading drivers when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Good command of English.
• Understanding of labor law and employee‑relations principles.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good knowledge of HR processes in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards (advantage).
