About the role
IPC is seeking a proactive Team Assistant to support its international Expert Services team. You will coordinate experts for global projects, manage documentation, and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes for expert consultants, including interview scheduling, document handling, and candidate communication.
- Prepare proposal components for competitive tenders, format CVs, and create tables summarising staff capabilities.
- Maintain and update the internal consultant database with project experience and relevant data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of administrative or assistant experience, preferably in consulting or international development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
- Ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.
Required skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word formatting, tables, and styles.
