French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Full fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• At least one year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional home workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Experience with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify support tools.
