French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will assist French‑ and English‑speaking customers via phone, live chat and email, delivering friendly and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support in French and English through voice calls and chat sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
