French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
