French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN, Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring fast, accurate, and courteous assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in both French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
