Customer Service (German/English) – 100% Remote

About the role

Join a fast‑growing e‑commerce support team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will work 100% from home, handling inbound calls, chat and email inquiries in both German and English, ensuring a smooth experience for a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support via phone, live chat and email in German and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall service experience.
• Offer feedback on processes and suggest improvements for service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
