About the role

Join a fully remote team delivering top‑tier support to customers in German and English. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries from the comfort of your home office, ensuring a positive experience for every user.

Required profile

• Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
