Customer Experience Specialist – German

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our Tunis office. You will be the first point of contact for a leading German brand in teleshopping, lifestyle and e‑commerce, handling inquiries across phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about orders, deliveries, products, payments and returns.
• Provide professional assistance via email and live chat.
• Manage complaints with empathy, aiming for optimal solutions.
• Record all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through a friendly and solution‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, patient and solution‑focused.
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating digital tools.
• Reliability, teamwork spirit and willingness to work in an international environment.
• Previous call‑center or customer‑service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC usage and basic digital systems.
