Bilingual German/English Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Representative who will provide top‑level support to our German‑ and English‑speaking customers. Working 100% from home, you will handle inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in both German and English.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
• Share feedback and ideas to enhance processes and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable eCommerce tools.
