About the role

TalentPop is seeking a fluent French‑English speaker to provide non‑voice customer support entirely online. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver precise solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organized work style.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
