French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, written solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
