About the role
The Company Tunisian Biscuit “Saida” is looking for a Chef d’atelier to lead its production workshop in Megrine. The role involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining food‑safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the daily production schedule of the biscuit workshop.
- Supervise and coach the personnel under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Monitor production output to meet quality standards and delivery targets.
- Report directly to the Chef de Production and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Food‑Industry Engineering (ESIAT or equivalent).
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar workshop‑management position.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a hands‑on leadership style.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and proven team‑management experience.
