About the role

The Company Tunisian Biscuit “Saida” is looking for a Chef d’atelier to lead its production workshop in Megrine. The role involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate the daily production schedule of the biscuit workshop.
Supervise and coach the personnel under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor production output to meet quality standards and delivery targets.
Report directly to the Chef de Production and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Degree in Food‑Industry Engineering (ESIAT or equivalent).
Minimum three years of experience in a similar workshop‑management position.
Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a hands‑on leadership style.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and proven team‑management experience.
