Recruiter – High-Volume Call Center Hiring (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring for our international call‑center operations. The role focuses on mass recruitment for call‑center and support positions, requiring fast, quality hiring decisions while managing large candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for call‑center and support roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, local channels, and networking.
• Process applications, maintain an organized pipeline, and conduct screening calls and interviews.
• Assess candidates on communication skills, motivation, language level, and overall fit.
• Coordinate candidates through all hiring stages and work closely with hiring managers and team leads.
• Maintain ATS/CRM systems, spreadsheets, and recruitment reports.
• Track recruitment KPIs, conversion rates, and hiring performance.
• Support onboarding together with HR and operations teams.
• Promote a positive employer brand and ensure clear communication with candidates.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the local Tunisian labor market.
• Ability to handle large candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Capacity to make fast, high‑quality hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with hiring managers.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
