About the role

Outsourcia is looking for a Spanish‑speaking customer service advisor to handle inbound and outbound phone calls. The position is based in Tunis and involves providing support to Spanish‑language customers.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls in Spanish.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Meet production targets and quality standards.
Document interactions and update customer records.

Required profile

Fluent, native‑level proficiency in Spanish.
Previous experience working in a call‑center environment.
