About the role
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and experienced hospitality leader to take charge of an ACCOR‑flagged hotel in Constantine. As General Manager you will own the overall performance of the property, driving guest satisfaction, financial results and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire all departments to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
- Set and execute the strategic direction of the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Guarantee compliance with Accor standards and local regulations.
- Achieve key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting and cost‑control measures.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, training and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners and owners.
