About the role
The Spa Attendant will ensure the Spa areas, including locker rooms, workout zones, tennis courts and games rooms, are clean, well‑stocked and ready for guests. This position supports the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of hygiene and hospitality throughout the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain spa areas, refreshments, locker rooms, workout zones, tennis courts and pre‑treatment spaces.
- Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, accommodate special requests, resolve complaints and answer service inquiries.
- Assist guests with appointment logistics related to spa services.
- Collaborate harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors.
Required profile
- High school education or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in hospitality, fitness, or health‑club environments.
