Télé-marketer / Téléconseiller – Tunis

About the role

We are expanding our team in Tunis and are looking for motivated, dynamic tele‑marketers and tele‑advisors who are performance‑oriented. The role involves reaching out to prospects by phone, setting appointments, and supporting our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls in French to potential clients.
• Identify prospects' needs and schedule qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Excellent telephone etiquette and strong relational skills.
• High level of motivation, dynamism, and goal‑orientation.
• Good listening and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in appointment setting is a plus.
