About the role

Marketing Puzzle Agency is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its team at the Ksar Hellal office. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the agency’s social media presence, driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts for various social networks.
• Apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach and interaction.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate analytics reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Interact with the online community, responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Experience designing and implementing effective content strategies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
