Director of Brand & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Brand & Marketing to shape and elevate the identities of a diversified portfolio that includes premium residential real estate, hospitality venues, high‑end industrial spaces and amusement parks. The role combines strategic vision with creative storytelling to drive premium positioning and long‑term desirability across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and define brand identities and positioning strategies for each business unit.
• Create compelling brand narratives and communication universes that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead marketing and branding initiatives aligned with project visions and market segments.
• Enhance customer perception and perceived value through strategic branding and communication.
• Design premium positioning strategies to support value creation and pricing differentiation.
• Contribute to differentiated customer and brand experiences across projects.
• Support the launch and development of new brands, concepts, and destinations.
• Supervise creative direction, campaigns, and ensure communication consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with management teams on strategic growth and brand development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, Business or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in branding, marketing or strategic communication.
• Strong understanding of luxury positioning, value perception, storytelling and experiential branding.
• Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, premium brands, lifestyle or high‑end agencies is highly appreciated.
• Strategic thinking combined with creative sensibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
