About the role

The Marketing Puzzle Agency is looking for a proactive Media Buyer to join its team in Ksar Hellal. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive the planning, purchase and optimisation of advertising space across digital channels, helping clients achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media plans that align with client objectives and budgets.
• Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors and platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
• Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend tracking.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in media buying and planning, preferably in a digital environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
