About the role

STIAL Délice Danone, a leader in the agri‑food sector, is seeking a Planning & Forecasting Manager to lead industrial planning and demand management in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the integrated planning process (Global Planning System) in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule (PDP) on a weekly basis and manage daily production schedules.
• Ensure optimal availability of finished‑goods inventory to meet high service‑level targets.
• Lead the demand‑forecasting process and coordinate supply and production plans.
• Identify planning risks and opportunities and propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop the Planning & Forecasting team.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or a Master’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Management or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrial planning, demand management or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of planning tools and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership, rigor, responsiveness and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
