About the role
Enovis is expanding its state‑of‑the‑art facility in Sfax, Tunisia, and is looking for a Process Engineer to drive product innovation. The role involves discovering, developing and evaluating new product ideas and enhancements, and turning research discoveries into market‑ready solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Discover, develop and evaluate new product concepts, enhancements, and strategic extensions, translating research findings into usable, marketable products.
- Lead, plan and track all phases of the product life‑cycle from inception through to market introduction.
- Appraise new product ideas for their ability to meet customer needs, generate revenue growth and increase market share.
- Establish product specifications and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales to ensure successful development and implementation.
Required profile
- Holds a relevant engineering degree.
- Little to no prior professional experience required.
- Ability to apply basic engineering principles, solve routine problems and work under detailed guidance.
