About the role

We are expanding our operations in Tunisia and need a motivated Reservation Agent to join our Sousse office. In this role you will handle accommodation bookings and related services, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and tour operators.

Key responsibilities

Manage bookings, notifications, and client requests through phone and email.
Monitor daily bookings, production reports, and quota limits.
Stop sales when quotas are reached and maintain accurate records.
Provide timely assistance and problem‑solving to guarantee client satisfaction.

Required profile

High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Relevant studies in Tourism are advantageous.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar reservation or customer‑service role.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
