People Operations Specialist

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a motivated People Operations Specialist to join its HR team in Tunis. You will be responsible for delivering HR services, handling payroll, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR delivery activities, including payroll processing for Tunisia, following established procedures.
• Investigate and resolve escalated HR issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform required SOX controls to maintain compliance with company policies.
• Manage HR‑related invoicing and support financial operations.
• Contribute to HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Delivery, Payroll, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and data‑privacy/compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of labor laws in Tunisia and/or Algeria.
• Professional proficiency in English and excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment with high ethical standards.
