About the role

We are seeking experienced Food Service Supervisors to lead restaurant and food‑service operations for hospitality employers across multiple Canadian cities. Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food‑service staff activities.
• Lead restaurant operations, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members, managing schedules and shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory, assist with purchasing, and uphold food‑safety and sanitation protocols.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and support cash‑handling and record‑keeping procedures.
• Participate in opening and closing duties to maintain a smooth operation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, café, or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, team‑management, and communication abilities.
• Functional proficiency in French and English.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
