About the role
We are looking for a motivated pastry assistant to join the production laboratory of Mon Bijou Macaron in La Soukra, Tunisia. The role is permanent and focuses on the daily manufacturing of high‑quality macarons and the creation of new pastry recipes.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily production tasks in the pastry lab.
- Develop and test new macaron and pastry recipes.
- Ensure strict compliance with food‑safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain mastery of macaron manufacturing techniques and broader pastry methods.
Required profile
- Young, dynamic individual eager to grow in a production environment.
- Graduated from a recognized pastry school.
- Experience with macaron production is a strong advantage.
