About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join MedSirat’s consulting team in Tunisia. In this full-time, on-site position you will drive growth by uncovering new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and shaping strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across target markets.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to spot trends and customer insights.
- Develop and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, tracking performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or consulting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to design strategic growth plans based on market research.
- Project management and organisational capabilities for cross-functional coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Data analytics competence for trend identification and performance tracking.
