Business Development Manager (On-site, Tunisia)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join MedSirat’s consulting team in Tunisia. In this full-time, on-site position you will drive growth by uncovering new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and shaping strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across target markets.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to spot trends and customer insights.
• Develop and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, tracking performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or consulting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to design strategic growth plans based on market research.
• Project management and organisational capabilities for cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
