About the role
We are looking for a WordPress Developer & IT Support Specialist to join our team in Tunis. The role combines website development and day‑to‑day technical support, ensuring our digital platforms run smoothly and securely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance WordPress‑based websites, handling both front‑end and back‑end tasks.
- Create responsive web designs that work across desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal users and external visitors.
- Monitor website performance, implement security measures and optimise loading times.
- Provide on‑site IT support, including hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
Required profile
- Proven experience in front‑end and back‑end web development.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and user‑experience principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- WordPress framework and related tools.
- Front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Back‑end development concepts.
