Technical Support Specialist – Hybrid (Tunis)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven, positive‑minded Technical Support Specialist to guide and help our customers across the entire Medius product suite. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring a smooth experience from invoice receipt to payment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Support Medius AP Automation’s product suite, delivering a unified user experience across the complete workflow.
• Handle support tickets, assist customers with payment issues, supply payment reports and related queries.
• Resolve technical issues by gathering relevant information from emails, logs, databases, etc.
• Recreate customer issues and document solutions for known/common problems.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA and ERP departments, and participate in internal projects as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (mandatory) for supporting English‑speaking clients.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or software/SaaS support.
• General understanding of ERP and financial systems such as Dynamics AX, NAV, 365 BC, F&O, JDE.
• Familiarity with business workflows (approvals, routings, limits).
• Detail‑oriented with strong presentation and communication skills.
