WordPress Developer & IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a WordPress Developer & IT Support Specialist to join our team in Tunis. The role combines website development and day‑to‑day technical support, ensuring our digital platforms run smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance WordPress‑based websites, handling both front‑end and back‑end tasks.
• Create responsive web designs that work across desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal users and external visitors.
• Monitor website performance, implement security measures and optimise loading times.
• Provide on‑site IT support, including hardware, software and network troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front‑end and back‑end web development.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and user‑experience principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field is preferred.
