Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will implement tracking solutions, analyze user behavior, and deliver actionable insights that drive website performance, marketing effectiveness, and conversion optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, and manage tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau to monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and resolve data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and craft data‑driven narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with a backup supply.
