Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tramite Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive awareness and adoption of its all‑in‑one platform for study‑abroad agencies. You will work closely with sales, customer service, and product teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with education partners and prospective students.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the study‑abroad and SaaS sectors.
• Support the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align messaging and gather client feedback.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy.
• Experience in sales or customer service to engage prospects and understand agency needs.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (social media, email marketing, CRM systems).
• Ability to work on‑site in El Mnihla, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in education, study‑abroad services, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
