Talent Casting Coordinator – Social Media Creators

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Casting Coordinator to lead creator scouting, outreach, and production management across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The role is fully remote and reports to a Senior Casting Coordinator while collaborating with a small, dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily research on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to identify emerging creators that match campaign criteria.
• Manage outreach, schedule video consultations and onboard creators to campaign opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial fees, contract terms and deliverable expectations directly with creators or their managers.
• Track production timelines, follow up on video deliverables and ensure on‑time completion of content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in casting, creator outreach or social‑media content production.
• Advanced written and spoken proficiency in both French and English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and proactive communication abilities.
• Practical experience valued over formal education; no specific degree required.

Required skills

• High literacy in Instagram creator ecosystem.
• High literacy in TikTok creator ecosystem.
• High literacy in YouTube creator ecosystem.
