Technical Support Specialist (AP Automation)

About the role

Medius, a global provider of cloud-based spend management solutions founded in Sweden in 2001, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for its AP Automation product suite. The role supports English-speaking customers across the full workflow, from receiving an invoice to making a payment. It is a full-time position based in Tunis on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days from home), mostly desk-based.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a unified user experience across the product suite, from invoice receipt to payment.
• Handle support tickets and assist customers with issues around payments and supply payment reports.
• Resolve technical issues, gather information from emails, logs and databases, and recreate customer issues.
• Document solutions to known or common issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA and ERP departments and take part in internal projects as needed.

Required profile

• Previous Accounts Payable or software/SaaS support experience.
• General understanding of ERP and financial systems such as Dynamics AX, NAV, 365 BC, F&O and JDE.
• Knowledge of general ledgers, bank reconciliation and payment terms.
• Familiarity with business workflows (approvals, routings, limits).
• Detail-oriented, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory, as only English-speaking clients are supported; resumes must be sent in English.

Required skills

• SQL, web services and XML knowledge is preferred.
