Team Leader – Warehouse Operations

About the role
The Warehouse Team Leader manages and supervises the warehouse unit, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and KPIs. This role is responsible for the complete flow of raw material, semi‑finished and finished goods, while maintaining safety and equipment standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop direct reports, defining objectives, tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure completeness of warehouse activities: unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading and shipping.
- Maintain technical equipment, enforce safety rules and guarantee stock accuracy.
- Identify improvement opportunities, consult on service delivery enhancements and ensure process governance.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in French and English.

- Inventory Management and Positioning.
- Kanban / Pull Scheduling.
- Warehouse Management Systems.
- Materials Handling, Packaging and Labeling.
- Vendor‑Managed Inventory and Materials Replenishment.
