Clerk Material and Tool Handling

About the role

The Clerk Material and Tool Handling ensures the timely and qualitative transportation and supply of materials to designated locations within the production environment. You will support the Kanban process, maintain FIFO stock, and assist with inventory activities.

Key responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, semi‑finished parts and finished goods to the specified delivery locations.
• Execute the Kanban process using cards or scanning, ensuring FIFO compliance.
• Follow replenishment cycles for new orders, including return of Kanban cards and boxes.
• Remove waste from assembly lines at shift end according to procedure.
• Move clean, empty, dry containers, covers and pallets for harness packing to assembly lines.
• Support inventory stock‑take processes.
• Maintain and charge loader batteries when qualified.
• Supply applicators and seal‑tracks to Cutting & WPA areas and transport them between workstations.
• Perform LTPM maintenance and "Ok to Start" procedures at shift start.

Required profile

• Minimum BTP/BAC education.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Change‑management orientation, target‑ and result‑driven.
• Motivation, resilience and self‑organization.
• Ability to manage conflicts and work effectively in a team.
