Team Leader Material Flow Planning

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Material Flow Planning unit in Tunisia. You will oversee the planning of raw material, semi‑finished, and finished goods warehouses, ensuring alignment with VCM standards and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Material Flow Planning team, setting objectives, KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Define and implement material flow processes for raw material, semi‑finished and finished goods warehouses according to VCM standards.
• Validate calculations for warehouse quantities, layout, space and resources.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and ensure governance and process compliance.
• Plan team activities, assign tasks, and support professional development of direct reports.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in VCM or related material flow planning.
• Fluent in French and English.
