Sr Analyst Infrastructure Services

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Analyst to support its Infrastructure Services team. The role provides basic technical support, contributes to infrastructure projects, and assists with monitoring and documentation while offering opportunities to develop foundational technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for infrastructure services and respond to incidents.
• Assist in the execution of infrastructure projects and tasks, gaining hands‑on experience.
• Monitor infrastructure systems, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain incident logs.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational needs and support service delivery.
• Help develop and update documentation related to infrastructure processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, including 1 year in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis and data analysis.
• Continuous learner who stays current with industry trends and technologies.
