Product Technical Support Analyst

About the role

The Client Experience (CX) team at FIS seeks a Product Technical Support Analyst to work closely with Tier‑1 banks and brokers, supporting their trading activity and enhancing client satisfaction. You will gain deep exposure to Fixed Income securities, exchange technologies, and the broader financial services market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues such as address changes, order processing, warranty, billing, or payment.
• Provide in‑depth product support and research client issues.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective actions.
• Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of UNIX, shell scripting, Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, containerization technologies, Kafka, WebSphere and MQ.
• Broad knowledge of financial markets, especially Fixed Income securities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.
