Application Maintenance & Support Analyst

About the role

You will support and optimize mission‑critical AddVantage environments that enable asset management and trust accounting operations. The role ensures system availability, performance, reliability, and security while resolving complex technical challenges. Success is measured through platform stability, incident resolution, automation outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise application environments on Microsoft Windows Server platforms.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability to guarantee reliable service delivery.
• Investigate and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and production incidents.
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute OS upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Support and troubleshoot database‑related issues, especially InterSystems Caché/IRIS.
• Develop and maintain scripts, automated workflows, and job scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, vendors, and customer teams to deliver effective technical solutions.

Required profile

• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills across application, system, and infrastructure layers.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and secure file‑transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing technical initiatives from planning through implementation.
