Specialist Training

About the role

The Specialist Training role is responsible for delivering and managing induction and ongoing training programs within the HR department of LEONI. You will ensure high‑quality training delivery, data compliance, and continuous improvement of training processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of training services according to departmental plans.
• Manage induction trainings, including planning, logistics, execution, data collection, evaluation and reporting.
• Support regular and needs‑based training needs analysis and design suitable programs.
• Develop, set up and conduct trainings, creating curricula, content and materials.
• Provide expert advice on training to HR colleagues and business units.
• Ensure compliance with global policies, processes, tools and data quality standards.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses, reports and presentations.
• Support and lead global and local training initiatives, projects and roll‑outs.
• Continuously improve training processes and implement innovative best practices.

Required profile

• University degree (any field of study).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is appreciated.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, result orientation, motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management and teamwork skills.
