Employee Services Specialist

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of power distribution and connectivity solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for a Specialist Employee Services in Mateur. The role covers personnel administration (PA) and acts as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters, while ensuring accurate, compliant data and adherence to global HR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver PA services as defined in the department's scope and annual plans, and implement and adapt LEONI HR&O standards to local tax, legal and statutory requirements.
• Manage the employee life cycle: entry, absence, employment transactions and exit, including preparation of certificates and other legally required documents.
• Prepare documents and data records for new hires and manage work contracts, position/status changes, special absences and terminations.
• Manage employee access rights, badges and meal tickets, and prepare letters of reference, certificates and position profiles.
• Maintain personnel master data, enter payroll-relevant data, keep the organizational structure in the HR tool (e.g. SAP) and produce ad-hoc reports.
• Act as key contact for employees and interface with managers, HR business partners, recruiting, HR controlling and others.
• Provide advice on PA, ensure data quality and compliance, and support global and local HR initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical or scientific field.
• 1 year of experience is appreciated.
• French and English.
• Good communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, teamwork and conflict management.
