HR Business Partner – Personnel Administration

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry, is hiring a Specialist HR Business Partner for its Mateur site. The role covers personnel administration (PA) and acts as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters, while supporting the business with advice and accurate, compliant data.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver PA services according to department/team scope and yearly plans, and implement and adapt LEONI HR&O standards to local tax, legal and statutory requirements.
• Manage the employee life cycle: entry, absence, employment transactions and exit, including performance appraisals, target agreements and legal documents such as certificates.
• Prepare documents and data for new hires, manage work contracts, position and status changes, special absences and terminations.
• Manage employee access rights, badges and meal tickets, and prepare letters of reference and position profiles.
• Maintain personnel master data, enter payroll data, keep the organizational structure in the HR tool (e.g. SAP) and produce ad-hoc reports.
• Act as key contact for employees and interface between HR, managers, recruiting, HR controlling and other stakeholders.
• Provide advice on PA, ensure compliance with global policies and data quality, and support global and local HR initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Commerce or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is appreciated.
• French and English.
• Good communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, teamwork and conflict management.
